At Belmont Eye Care we accept most major insurance providers. For every appointment we ask for your health insurance and vision insurance information up-front. Please have insurance information ready before making your appointment.

 

Below are the major insurance plans we accept, however many plans are listed under a third party name. Always call to confirm, because it is more than likely we accept your insurance. As a courtesy to our patients, our opticians check for insurance benefits, but ultimately it is the responsibility of the patient to know necessary insurance information.
